Discover the  Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills: your senses of sight and taste will be expertly guided amidst the magnificent hills of Prosecco Superiore and through our winemaking cellar, where you will learn the secrets of the world’s most celebrated sparkling wines. A tasting of three sparklers with three different vinification processes will reveal different expressions of Prosecco Superiore: San Fermo, Sei Uno and Così è (Col Fondo). The visit lasts 90 minutes. A circular tasting for you to glimpse, and then, slowly, to discover new horizons in the world of Prosecco. A journey through the different interpretations of sparkling wines to discover that diversity is possible and that the world of Prosecco can go far beyond the mass interpretations. The research of Bellenda in the grape world runs from Metodo Rurale to our latest reinterpretation of bottle fermentation bottle like Sei Uno, a recognized value of the appellation, and still only member of a new, but at the same time ancient, way of understanding Prosecco Superiore. Six wines compared in an ideal exploration of spontaneous fermentation, Charmat fermentation and classic method, low and zero sulfites to discover the boundaries of the appellation. Into the Osteria with the winemaker

Then we will sit down with the winemaker in a traditional osteria that boasts local fare so that you can savour the local dishes and discover some unusual wine-food pairings, all while experiencing the very local and very friendly “confusion” in a local spot frequented by the locals! Prosecco on the road

We will give you a unique and unforgettable tour aboard the legendary, one-of-a-kind, 3-wheeled Ural Sidecar, so just for 2 persons, led by Umberto Cosmo, Prosecco producer and unparalleled local cicerone, who will reveal fascinating corners of our area and its eateries, all picturesque, all traditional here. This will be an unforgettable experience for those who savour the genuine and the outof-the-ordinary. The aperitifs and cicchetti that you will be tasting along the way will make you long remember this magical tour. The visit is meant for two, price is per person. It takes place from May to October, on Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am to 1 pm.
