This grappa is made from the pomaces of Prosecco grapes cultivated on the hillsides of Conegliano. The pomaces undergoes steam distillation in copper stills using the traditional discontinuous method, making the resultant grappa intensely aromatic, exceptionally limpid, and wonderfully smooth and delicate on the palate.
Bouquet: intense, pronounced and ethereal, delicate and fragrant, well-orchestrated, with well-defined notes of mixed flowers and insistent, fruity echoes.
