The research of Bellenda in the grape world runs from Metodo Rurale to our latest reinterpretation of bottle fermentation bottle like Sei Uno, a recognized value of the appellation, and still only member of a new, but at the same time ancient, way of understanding Prosecco Superiore. Six wines compared in an ideal exploration of spontaneous fermentation, Charmat fermentation and classic method, low and zero sulfites to discover the boundaries of the appellation.
