A refined, elegant Nature-style Brut Prosecco made from Glera grapes grown in the consistently-finest vineyard parcels in the foot of the hills of the Treviso March. This stylish, crisp sparkling wine appears a shimmering, intense greenish-yellow, with a leisurely, supple bead of pin-point bubbles. It releases delicate scents of white peach and apple, along with springtime wisteria and hawthorn blossoms. Clean-edged and vibrantly crisp on the palate, it shows a remarkably fine balance of all its components.
This Prosecco Brut Nature Prima Cuvée makes a delicious apéritif wine, but it is a splendid partner to fish and vegetarian snacks and antipasti, for example, shrimp and cuttlefish salad, fried fish, or zucchini and potato flan.
